2. What data we process

We process the data you provide voluntarily, mainly through the contact form:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email and, optionally, company and phone.
  • Message content: the information you choose to include about your project or enquiry.

3. Purpose

We use your data to:

  • Handle and respond to your enquiries and quote requests.
  • Manage any commercial or service relationship that may begin.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send us the form and/or the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a relationship begins, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. Technology providers that serve us (for example, web hosting or email management) may access it as data processors, with appropriate safeguards.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics) processes statistical usage data as a processor; see the Cookie policy for details.

The contact form is processed through FormSubmit (Xtreme Digital, LLC), acting as a processor, which delivers your message to us by email. Before it is sent, the form includes a Google reCAPTCHA anti-spam check.

7. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of:

  • Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
  • Objection to and restriction of processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawing consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise your rights, write to the email provided, proving your identity. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
